Greetings and thanks for developing this machine learning platform. I was able to run the docker image from my Windows 10 system and create an account. A quick question i had about uploading files is if fcs format generated by mass cytometry can be used as an input? i can convert to txt or csv using flowCore package in R or exporting csv population from Flowjow still.

Hi alexandre,

Glad you successfully installed the latest docker image on Windows!

Unfortunately till now you cannot upload raw FCS files into SIMON. In any case you need CSV file. If you can convert them to CSV that would be great.

You can find attached example file (.csv) with structure of the data SIMON is currently optimized to work with.
In any case you will need .csv file with columns and one column as binary "outcome" column.

We are planning to add support for other FileTypes in the future, if you would like to be notified of new versions please subscribe to our newsletter here: genular.org
